Shepherds

Shepherds is a 3D co-op action-adventure game that blends musical puzzle-solving gameplay controlling two characters with completely different abilities. I was a gameplay designer leading early preproduction and designing co-op puzzles

I was a Gameplay Designer; my main goal is to shape the desired game experience envisioned by the directors and leading our design team of five. Our objective is to make a twist on couch co-op experiences by making a musical adventure c-op game telling a story about enemies becoming friends.

The project is a one year game project

Game Design Documentation

Creating and maintaining game mechanics and system documentation, as well as delegating those taska and supervised to creation of such documents from the other designers

Rapid prototyping and playtesting

I ran a pre-production stage where we worked as a game jam: during a couple of weeks we toy around multiple systems and mechanics to achieve the desired player experience. We ran internal playtesting and presentations so that we understand what every designer was trying to achieve
